I have added below a few ways you could get active!!

 

1. Go for a lovely long walk (with an adult)

2. Build a den somewhere in your house or in the garden!

3. Go and play your favourite game/sport! This could be football, netball or skipping!

4. Do the daily mile!!

5. Go for a bike ride (with adult permission)
