On this page you can keep up to date with being physical active. It is a fun way to stay active at home. Above you can find access to our 'Skip for a min' virtual competition.
Remember stay active and on your feet for at least 1 hour a day and a minimum of 2 hours a week, where you are out of breath at the end of your exercise and that you are making your bodies move in different ways.
