Hello Maltese Road,
On this page you can keep up to date with your PE curriculum with the help of our out of school providers UKA. You will find videos focusing on different skills to practice at home and a few cross-curricular skills to focus on as well, for example making a ball at home. If you have an older brother or sister, or even just your adults want to join in. It is a fun way to stay active at home. Below I have uploaded the link you can find these videos.
Remember stay active and on your feet for at least 1 hour a day and a minimum of 2 hours a week, where you are out of breath at the end of your exercise and that you are making your bodies move in different ways.
Below I have attached different websites you can make use of, to stay active at this time. Along with fun activities you can do at home and challenge your adults. You can also click the icon below and follow along with 'Just Dance' dancing and a special treat from our very own Marshall, with his very own dance classes.
Have fun, stay safe and be active!
