Autumn Term
Autumn 1
During Autumn term we be enjoying exploring our school and classroom. As the children transition from Reception class there will be a lot of new and exciting concepts for the children to grasp :) This will be achieved through a range of thrilling activities which will aim to make the children feel confident and safe in Year 1.
Autumn 2
During the second half of Autumn term, we will continue to be explorers but now exploring the world! During topic lessons, we will be learning about a great explorer Robert Falcon Scott and his thrilling expedition. We will also be learning about what he took exploring, how long his expedition lasted, what the weather conditions were like and much more!
